Erica Farber is a well-accomplished, well-respected, and influential businesswoman, with a lifetime of success in radio advertising sales, station and organization management and publishing.

During the early years of her career, she held sales positions in Los Angeles at KRTH-FM, KABC-TV, and KIIS-AM in Los Angeles.

In January of 1980, she joined McGavren Guild as Director of Promotional Selling and was soon named Director of Business Development and Promotion.
